Ali Murat ?ahiner was born on October 10th in 1978, in Antakya. His primary and secondary education was had in Malatya after that he went to college in University of Hacettepe and followed Structural engineering for one term but then he chose not to graduate. With the insisting of his friends he was led then motivated to dance and chose that as for his carrier. One of his first performances he showed in Ankara Citadel restaurant for a little while. Positive reactions he then had and his natural talent for belly dancing, he was forced to become Professional which he never ever regretted. Within the years of 2001,2002, and 2003 via his agent’s effortshe went on working in Bodrum in several hotels and clubs in summer season. In winter season he went on performing in Ankara, in clubs and restaurants such as Ankara Kandilli Meyhanesi ( women’s venue) and went on working also in winter season Ankara Club Farfara, in 2003, Ankara Karina 23 (i.e. then his luck stroke all of a sudden he was on national tv performing which led to his constant fame). As time went on his performance and of course his dance improved after that he was quite well known. He was then at all times in demand. Dancing mileu he was then quite well known and popular. Furthernore he was quite well known in tabloids and national newspapers and media. He then was employed in Fethiye at Kervansaray Hotels doing his shows at Special Turkish Nights. ?n winter 2004 he was performing in Pamukkale and in 2005 he was on day time tv shows (such as Seda Sayan, Beyaz show, and on new years eve he was again performing on national tv (one of Turkey’s most popular channel as Kanal D and on Digiturk and episodes of ‘Would you like to dance with me?’). Then after all the proposals he went on mentoring and ended up giving professional belly dancing lessons to the masses (in places such as Ankara Dance and Ballet , Ankara Sport Med etc.) He is still engaged and naturally on stage in the summer time, in Fethiye doing his shows and his remarkable performance in Kervansaray Hotelsin Fethiye) and of course in private and exquisite shows. He is also giving private belly dancing lessons to a very chosen few, and as for not but the least he is also doing his share in choreography and professional dancing. He is very proportionately influenced from great many Turkish (belly) dancers such as; Nesrin Topkapı, Tanyeli, Asena, Didem etc.)All he wants to achieve and show the world that men can also dance and perform just as good as their counterparts, namely the female belly dancers. And as for foreign performers in belly dancing he adores Salome and Saida the most; He believes that oriental dance (i.e. belly dancing) has a very positive influence for human body and soul, then he thinks that such an rich and exceptional gift should be shared by many others too.
